How does a cash-out work?+

Create an order on the bridge: amount, coin, network and your wallet address. You get an order code. Send exactly that amount on X Money to @RevenuePay with the code in the note. Once we see it, we send the coins and post the transaction link on your order.

Why sign in with X?+

So your number, invites and orders belong to your real account, and so we can match an X Money payment to the person who made it. We ask X for read-only access: we can't post, follow or DM for you, and we don't keep X's access token.

How much can I send?+

Right now: $2 to $20 per order and $20 per account per day. Limits are temporarily set to a starter level while our partner, licensing and off-ramp agreements are finalized and the X Money account limits on @RevenuePay are raised. Orders are open at these starter quotas so you can use the full flow today. Higher limits, up to $20,000 per order, are planned as X Money, off-ramp and settlement capacity comes online. How long does it take?+

Payouts are sent by hand while the desk is open, usually within minutes of your payment. The analytics page shows whether the desk is open.

What if I forget the note?+

Pay from the same X account you signed in with and message @RevenueFamily with your order code. We match by sender and amount. Payments we can't match are returned.

Can I send crypto to X Money?+

Not yet. Only X Money → crypto is open right now. The other direction opens as limits go up.

Overview

Revenue turns X Money dollars into crypto. You sign in with X, create an order, and pay @RevenuePay on X Money. We send the coins to the wallet address you gave us and attach the transaction link to your order.

Signing in

You sign in on X's own consent screen. We ask for read-only access (users.read, tweet.read), which lets us see your user id, handle, name and profile picture. We cannot post, follow, like or send messages for you, and we don't store the access token X gives us.

After you approve, this browser stays signed in for 30 days. Sign out from the menu at any time; that ends the session on our side too.

Joined the waitlist before sign-in existed? Sign in with the same handle and you keep your number.

Cashing out

  1. Open the bridge and enter how many dollars you want to send.
  2. Pick the coin and network, then paste your wallet address. We check the address format for that network.
  3. Create the order. You get an order code like RV-7K2Q9M and a timer.
  4. On X Money, send exactly that amount to @RevenuePay from the X account you signed in with, and put the order code in the note.
  5. Tap I've sent it. We match the payment, send the coins and post the transaction link on your order.

The coin amount is quoted when you create the order and doesn't change after that. Stablecoins are one to one with the dollar, minus the fee.

Fees & limits

The fee covers the network cost of sending your coins and the conversion. It's shown before you create an order and is taken from the amount you send.

Order statuses

Waiting for payment

Order created. Send the X Money payment before the timer runs out.

Payment sent

You told us you paid. We're matching it on @RevenuePay.

Payment received

We have your dollars. Your coins are being sent.

Completed

Coins sent. The transaction link is on the order.

Expired / Cancelled

No payment arrived in time, or you cancelled. Nothing was charged.

Rejected / Refunded

We couldn't complete it. If you paid, the dollars go back to your X Money.

Timing

Orders stay open for 30 minutes waiting for your payment. While the desk is open, payouts usually go out within minutes of your payment; the analytics page shows the recent median. If the desk closes with your payment in the queue, it's paid out as soon as it opens again.

Invites

Every signed-in account has an invite code. Share your link (revenue.family/?ref=CODE) or your card. When someone signs in with X through it for the first time, they're counted as your invite. Invites show on your card page.

Your data

We keep what's needed to run the bridge: your X user id, handle, name and profile picture; your member number and invite code; and your orders (amounts, coin, network, wallet address, order code, transaction link and timestamps). Session cookies are stored as a one-way hash. We don't run analytics scripts or ad pixels. More in the privacy policy.

Staying safe

  • We never DM you first and never ask for your password, seed phrase or private keys.
  • Payments go only to @RevenuePay. Any other account asking for money in our name is not us.
  • Only pay after you've created an order on revenue.family, and always include the order code.
  • Check the address and network before you create the order. Crypto transactions can't be reversed.

Support

Message @RevenueFamily from the account you signed in with and include your order code. Payments only ever go to @RevenuePay. For anything else, @RevenueFamily.

Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use revenue.family and the Revenue bridge.

The service

Revenue converts US dollar payments made on X Money into crypto assets sent to a wallet address you choose. Orders are reviewed and paid out by our desk. While starter limits apply, limits are low and the service may pause without notice.

Your account

You sign in with your X account. You must be at least 18, legally able to hold and transfer the assets involved, and not subject to sanctions. You're responsible for activity under your session.

Orders

An order states the dollar amount, the asset, the network and the destination address, and quotes the amount you'll receive. Pay only the exact amount, only to @RevenuePay, from the X account you signed in with, with the order code in the note. Orders expire if payment doesn't arrive in time. Once coins are sent the transfer can't be reversed; you're responsible for the address and network you enter.

Fees and limits

Fees and limits are shown on the bridge and in the docs before you create an order. We may change them for future orders.

Refusals and returns

We may refuse or reverse an order we can't match, that breaches these terms, or where the law requires it. Payments we can't complete are returned to the sending X Money account.

Prohibited use

No fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or use of someone else's account or funds. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

No advice, no warranty

Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the fee we received for it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date below changes when we do.

Privacy Policy

What we hold, why, and for how long.

What we collect

  • From X, when you sign in: your user id, handle, display name, profile picture and verification status.
  • Your member number, invite code, and who invited you.
  • Orders: amount, fee, asset, network, destination address, order code, status history, notes and transaction link.
  • A session cookie, stored on our side only as a one-way hash, and short-lived rate-limit counters keyed by a hashed IP.
  • Your country (from our hosting provider) when you sign in, and cookieless daily visit counts per country. Visitors are counted with a salted hash that changes every day and is deleted within a few days.
  • Which onboarding steps you marked as done (follow, like, quote).

What we don't do

No analytics scripts, no ad pixels, no selling or sharing of your data. We don't keep X's access token and can't act on your X account.

Why

To run your orders, match X Money payments to the right person, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Retention

Orders are kept as long as needed to prove the transfer and meet legal obligations. Sessions expire after 30 days. You can ask us to delete your account data where the law allows.

Where it lives

The site and database run on Cloudflare. X Money payments are processed by X under X's own terms.

Not a bank

Revenue is not a bank, doesn't hold deposits, doesn't pay interest and has no token.

Prices

Quotes for SOL, ETH and BTC use market prices at the moment you create an order. Stablecoins are quoted one to one with the dollar. Figures on the status page may be delayed.

Risk

Crypto assets are volatile and transfers are irreversible. Networks, exchanges and payment services can fail or pause. Transaction limits are currently at a starter level.
